Smriti Mandhana was born on July 18, 1996, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She started playing cricket at the age of five, and quickly gained recognition for her consistent performances in domestic tournaments. She made her debut for the Indian Cricket Team in 2013, at just 16 years old.
Smriti’s aggressive style of play has made her a valuable member of the Indian side in both ODIs and T20Is.
